from main stock. It supports separate SKU tracking, automated stock replenishment triggers,

Sampling is handled in a dedicated area of Intend, completely separate from your main stock inventory. When new products are added, the system automatically creates entries for CFA (Cutting for Approval), Samples and Returnable Samples, each with editable stock levels for easier management.

Automatic reminders notify you when sampling stock runs low, with a default threshold of 10 pieces (adjustable per SKU). Admins receive alert emails, and key replenishment data is available via weekly reports and the dashboard.

Know exactly how much fabric or wallpaper is needed to produce your cuttings or samples. For example, 1 metre (or yard equivalent) might yield 20 cuttings. The system tracks this, letting you raise internal purchase orders and generate cost reports for sample stock production.
